This is why we are trusted by our customers to provide independent impartial advice and to guide your drivers through the selection process which includes the organisation of test drives at your convenience.

Funding options

Often companies believe that the best option is to purchase their vehicles, however, with vehicle depreciation being at an all time high, this is not always the most cost effective solution for your business. This is why we offer a range of funding options that can suit your specific circumstances. The term of the contact can be made to suit your specific circumstances, starting from 6 months for new start employees, through to 4 year contracts.

Creating vehicle policies

Vehicle policies and drivers hand books are a part of your responsibility towards your fleet drivers. It is often difficult for businesses to keep up-to-date with the communication of their corporate policies to their drivers. As a core part of our vehicle management process we provide DFC driver handbooks to each driver ensuring that they have all the information they need.

Vehicle administration

All companies that run vehicles experience the ever increasing burden of administrative time required to manage their fleet. Management of maintenance and servicing

Effective vehicle maintenance and servicing management is critical to providing safe roadworthy vehicles for your staff. This programme should help you monitor the usage of your vehicle to ensure that you are aware of and can manage the implications of any damage or excess wear and tear, excess mileage and any changes in legislation that may affect you or your drivers.

Vehicle Disposals & Remarketing
